Hair loss just isn’t needed.

We have no explanation as to why it happens, the benefit it provides or whatever else it does. Yet, generation after generation of men still suffer on a daily basis as their follicles begin to fail them.

Hair loss procedures have come along leaps and bounds and I believe we’re no further than 5 years from a permanent cure; https://www.1st-man.com/hair-loss-treatments-2020/

But for those men who are young and appearance conscious right now, what can you do to make the next 5 years, and perhaps beyond as there’s no guarenteed cure, more bearable?

How to Deal with Losing your Hair

Recap of the video above.

Build muscle

The easiest way to counter act the issue of hair loss is to add muscle to your frame. Ever seen a woman with a perfect body and average face? Still dynamite right?

The same works for men and it’s a precursor for the next best move.

Shave it gradually

Some will tell you to shave your hair off immediately, however those people are likely bald, 50 years old and don’t care about their looks like modern men do.

Shaving your hair is the best option, but no one can be expected to shave their hair overnight without seeing what it looks like at different grades first.

The key is to drop down shorter and shorter, taking your confidence up a level with each grade you go down. Eventually you’ll be happy to rock the grade 0 or 1, which looks 100% better than long or medium hair with bald patches.

Beard

Having thick eye brows and a strong beard really helps if you can grow one as it replaces the thick hair that was once there. This look is great for black guys and Latino guys. For white men it’s kind of a must as a pale hairless face doesn’t look great.

Self-Awareness

One of the biggest but hardest steps at a time like this is accepting it and being honest with yourself. Like most problems, burying your head in the sand and hoping it’ll go away isn’t the solution.

In fact with hair loss, it’s only going to get worse the longer you ignore it.

Stop living in denial, you’re not the only man alive who’s going bald. There’s plenty of guys with no hair and great lives.

Orthotropics

A bald head, or very low grades look fantastic when paired with strong defined faces.

Use orthotropics to give your face more shape, definition and strength. Having a strong jawline, head grooves and high cheek bones is like an instant cure.

Compensate in other areas

A man with great hair who’s unemployed, lazy, dresses badly, is broke, unhealthy and unambitious. Will never compare to a successful, ambitious, mature, multi-skilled and driven bald man who’s in great shape.

Being bald is such a small part of life. There are so many areas that you can control and be great in.

In fact, many men have used their hair loss to fuel greatness in other areas, like how all successful men seem to be short for the same reason.
