The 3rd episode of my fitness journey has seen me bloon to 91kg in just 2 weeks. I believe I was massively underweight and my muscles were able to grow back to their previous size quickly.

I was 100kg just 1.5 years ago, since then I’ve done little gym work due to lockdown.

This week I focused on heavier lifts, a few 1 to 5 rep ranges. I included another 2 leg days and added in a lot of new exercises.

Next month I’ll add better facilities and heavier weights.
