High testosterone levels are key to male health, physically, mentally and for your body functions.

If you don’t keep your testosterone levels between the balanced levels that are right for your personal body, then you’re going to have issues.

In this list we’re going to run through everything that can increase your testosterone and everything that’s increasing estrogen production in men.

Full Guide to Increasing Testosterone

The list below is everything you can do to increase testosterone for a modern man.

Lift heavy weights – Compound lifts are king here. Squats, deadlift, bench press, weighted pull ups, etc. The aim is to engage large muscle groups especially in the legs where huge amounts of testosterone is produced.

Sprints – Sprints are powerful, explosive exercises. You’re using all muscles, especially quads which will have a positive impact.

Avoid long distance cardio – Most people go for runs in order to get in shape. Start clocking up those miles and watch your testosterone fall. There’s a reason 100m runners look one way and marathon runners look another.

Use fluoride free toothpasteFluoride is poisonous to humans and lethal in high doses. We only consume small amounts on a daily basis but it still has a big long term effect.

Avoid tap water and bottled water – All tap water should be banned or changed. It contains fluoride, estrogen, metals and more that are either toxic or bad for men. Instead you should seriously invest in a reverse osmosis machine that will revert water to its original state.

Use natural soaps and hygiene products – Everyday we’re hit with chemicals from hygiene products such as shampoo, shower wash, shaving foam, soap etc. Stay away from these products and try to find natural alternatives.

Use natural deodrants and use aftershaves rarely – Standard deodrants are the same as the hygiene products. Look for a natural deodrant to use and only use aftershaves on special occasions as there’s not many good natural ones.

Get a shower filter and don’t take baths – The same water we drink, we’re letting soak into our bodies while we wash. Showers are better than baths for obvious reasons, plus hot water around your testicles destroys sperm and testosterone. However even in a shower you’ll still need a shower head filter to remove all of the chemicals.

Sleep minimum 8 hours per night – Sleep and testosterone are good friends. Get around 8 hours per night and your testosterone will increase.

Walk on your lunch break – Sitting down all day isn’t good for you, but many of us have to. Your escape is your lunch break, get out, walk around.

Clean up your diet – Your diet creates you. Remove junk food, heavy simple carbs and unnecessary sugars to see the best of your testosterone.

Spend less time in front of screens – Studies have found that watching more than 20 hours of TV per week cuts your testosterone levels by half.

Sit down less – Being stationary for too long lowers your testosterone, those who are always on the move however will see their bodies respond kindly.

Be around attractive women you want to sleep with/have more sex – It’s easy to say “have more sex” but it’s harder to achieve. For those guys who are currently struggling, be where women are. Simply being around attractive women will increase your testosterone.

Make money – Again an easy one to say. But men who earn more tend to have higher testosterone – Everyone feels like the man on payday right?

Drink less alcoholAlcohol has a negative effect on men’s testosterone levels, which gets worse the more you drink. The exception is gluten free, vegan beers. Some of these can have a much smaller effect.

Go gluten free – Gluten has a negative effect on T-levels. Stay away from heavy gluten filled carbs, alcohol and other gluten products.

Get more sunlightSunlight is great for T-levels. Staying indoors all day and gaming will not help you to become the man you’ve dreamed of being.

Watch out for cleaning products – They are chemical heaven. When cleaning, washing up, etc, watch out for body contact. The same goes for sprays like febreze that you can breathe in.

Better body language – Good alpha male body language produces more testosterone. It’s as simple as that.

Vegan diet – According to reports, vegan men have 13% higher testosterone levels.

Be around other men – Men who are around other men more often end up having deeper voices. It’s a competitive reaction from our bodies. This suggests that testosterone is higher also.

Play competitive sport – Testosterone is competition. Therefore by competing you’re going to produce more testosterone.

Push your comfort zone – When you do something you haven’t done before, you’re naturally going to be a little scared. Afterwards we all know that feeling of being invincible, that’s testosterone.

Approach women more often – Just like the point above, approaching women is scary, do it often enough and it won’t be because you’ll become more confident and thus increase yout T-levels.

Fight – (Train) – Fighting is the oldest sport on planet Earth. By training MMA or boxing you’ll get a much needed testosterone spike.

Stay out of pools – Pools are full of chemicals including chlorine which is very dangerous for testosterone levels.

Music you listen to – Put on some classical music and you’re naturally going to mellow out. Put on something a little more up tempo or aggressive with lyrics that are associated with winning in life and your T-levels will respond.

Avoid cereal – Cereal was created by Dr Kelloggs, a religious man who wanted to create a food that lowered T-levels in order to destroy sexual thoughts and rape.

Don’t handle receipts – Receipts are coated in a chemical called BPA that wreaks havoc on T-levels.
