River is a world famous model with over 600k followers and the ex boyfriend of Paris Hilton.

Firstly you look great since your transformation. Could you give our readers 5 pieces of advice for improving their bodies.

Thank you!! If you have to give anyone that much advice the probabilities of him actually wanting to do anything about it or to change his body are very slim. It’s simple, do you want to feel good? Look good? Improve your mood, Overall health, and feel productive? Get your butt to the gym and start eating healthy. We only have one body. Shouldn’t we want to take care of it?

From your life experiences, are there any words of wisdom that you could give young men to help them improve?

It has to come from within you in my opinion, I had a time where people would tell me to do it and I just didn’t think it was necessary so I didn’t care to. Then something made me change my mind about the whole thing and now I’m not happy if I don’t get a good workout in the morning before I start my day. Question here is, do you want to be happy? Haha

As a man heavily involved in fashion, could you tell us about your preferred style and why?

Style? I dream about style, outfits that match, comfortable but cool. Well… more specifically having a stylist… I really do. If you look good you feel great! Every time I think I’ve nailed a look “even if it’s really not nailed and people look at me weird, in my head, it is so it makes me feel great.” So my preferred style is anything that a trusted stylist tells me to wear!!

For those men still trying to find success, could you offer your advice on getting ahead in life?

Stop looking. Ask yourself what you’re passionate about and pursue it in any way you possibly know how to, you’ll learn from your mistakes along the way and keep improving whatever it is you’re doing. Photography, Investment banking, horseback riding, writing, literally anything…

With regular traveling and a busy schedule, how do you find time to take care of your appearance, which is of course such an important part of your work?

It’s hard sometimes. But you learn how to do everything on the go. Haircuts between castings, mani-pedis before your flight, face mask while you sleep on the plane, gym before you start your day (even if it’s squats and pushups at home) and really just having some type of discipline.
